Ingredients
1 Piece Dave's Killer Bread
1/2 an Avocado (60g)
1/4 Cup Shredded Parmesan Cheese (28g)
1 Sprouts Pesto Chicken Sausage
Little Squeeze of Lemon
Crushed Red Pepper
Instructions
Slice your pesto chicken sausage lengthwise and sear it in a skillet on medium high heat.
**I'd recommend searing all of the sausages that come in your package at once. They are already fully cooked, so the only goal is to get some color on them - No reason to do that again later in the week!**
While your sausages cook, toast your bread.
While your bread toasts, cut your avocado.
After your toast pops up, top with 1/2 an avocado (approximately 60g). You can slice it, or mash it, whatever you prefer! Save the other half of the avo for tomorrow!
Top with a squeeze of lemon juice, a sprinkle of crushed red pepper, and 1/4 cup (28g) of shredded Parmesan.
**Note: A 1/4 cup is much more than is pictured - don’t worry, it’s the correct amount! I didn’t add the full amount in the photo so that you could see all of the elements!**
Place your pesto sausage on the side for directly on top of the toast.
Enjoy by eating a bite of the parmesan toast and the sausage at the same time!

Pro Tips
I used the Sprouts Farmers Market pesto chicken sausage which came in a pack of 5, so I made sure to get enough of the other ingredients so that I could eat this for 5 days!
